Who We Are

Manish Tandon, MD AGAF is an experienced Board-Certified Gastroenterologist.   He is an expert in his field, and uses the latest technologies and procedures to diagnose, manage and treat digestive conditions.   Dr. Tandon provides comprehensive evidence-based medicine for common and complex gastrointestinal diagnoses.

Dr. Tandon and his team are committed to providing efficient, compassionate, and personalized care to all his patients, acknowledging and understanding both the physical and emotional impact these medical problems can have on patients.

We will work with your other healthcare providers to coordinate your treatment on all levels from your primary care physician to other specialists ensuring you get great and expedient quality care.

Dr. Manish Tandon

Medical Director

Dr. Tandon has been in clinical practice since 2003. He completed his medical school training at Northwestern University in Chicago, and medical residency at Boston University. He completed his Gastroenterology fellowship training at Yale University, and an Advanced Endoscopy fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston.


Dr Tandon has maintained the highest patient satisfaction levels and has been awarded the Best of Boston TOP DOCTORS Award every year from 2014 - 2025, as chosen by his peers, and America's Most Honored Doctors from 2017 - 2022.


He enjoys seeing patients, and providing excellent and compassionate medical care based on evidence-based medicine. He is involved in teaching medical students, and residents and training gastroenterology fellows. He also served as the President of the St Elizabeth's Medical Staff with a goal of improving and delivering excellent patient care at his hospital. He is actively involved in administrative and quality control committees at his hospital with the intention of establishing quality measures and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Ziesl Maayan

Nurse Practitioner

Ziesl Maayan, NP received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Regis College and has over a decade of experience working as a primary care nurse practitioner serving diverse communities. In addition to primary and urgent care, she has specialized training in gastroenterology and weight management, along with additional education in Functional Medicine and holistic health care.


Ziesl is passionate about partnering with patients to help them identify and achieve personal health goals, with a focus on whole-person wellness. Her experience, thoughtful approach, and dedication to patient-centered care is a wonderful asset to our practice.
